error message on start

When I run GC4 (Insiders channel) get this error message. I've deleted the galciv 4 folder in my documents\my games folder then uninstalled from Steam and reinstalled. Error persists. It still works on the other computer I regularly play on (also on the Insiders channel), though I haven't changed anything system-wise on either one.

There was a problem accessing your Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova user data folder.

Error: The system cannot find the file specified.

Oh, hilarious: I just posted this and then tried disabling controlled folder access in Windows Security. Problem solved.
