Start 11 v2 Windows 10 Tile Bug

There seems to be a bug when you have a tile in a folder group where you cannot change the tile image. Pulling it out of the folder group and then applying it seems to work. Just thought I would report this bug. Here is the video of the issue and app/system info if needed. *EDIT* Attempting to hide the icon title also does the same thing.
