Censorship Trait Doesn't Appear To Work Completely Right Under 1.60.457293.1

The Censorship Trait under the Totalitarianism ideology says that "Factions have no negative side effects" (first screen snapshot below) but, while it appears to work for 3 out of my 4 factions, it does not appear to work for the Endless Emporium faction (second screen snapshot below).  This may be related to the issue that I previously reported  where the description of the Endless Emporium says that the second effect increases income, but the actual effect shows in increase in crime (third screen snapshot below).

Also, as an additional note, it would be of value if the calculation for the benefits and costs of each added leader was visible.  For example, my Warforged factions shows that 53.4% of my production is contributed to my shipyards.  How is that calculated? Is there a base contribution percent that is increased as I add leaders with some amount of Resolve?  If so, how is that calculated?  I have added 12 leaders with a total Resolve of 134 and I have no idea how to decide the value of adding additional leaders.

I have also added the Oppression trait which says "Faction benefits increased by 50%", but I have no way of knowing if this is actually working without seeing the calculations for the faction benefits and costs.  I am envisioning something like the popups that show the calculations for Manufacturing, Research, etc. on the planet management screen.

Thank you for sharing Paul, I've read from someone else that the general benefits of factions arent working but that report seems isolated, have you noticed anything else with the factions system?

Here is one example: the first screen snapshot below is from the shipyard attached to Gamma Theta II.  Notice that, while it accurately says that it is getting a 54.60% boost from the Warforged faction, it says that it is getting 0 from Gamma Theta II.  I believe this must be wrong since adding any percentage to 0 should equal 0, but how do I know what the right number is?

Here is another example: the second screen snapshot below is from the Galactic Bazaar and shows what it costs to buy Elerium.  It says that Elerium costs 89 credits, but there is no information showing how that number is calculated.   Supposedly, I am getting a 45.1% discount from the Endless Emporium faction, but how do I know if I am getting that or not?  At least the shipyard showed the bonus from the Warforged faction, even though the rest of the calculation was f*ed up.
