My progress bars still don't draw correctly.

Since installing WB4 and its betas I've had a tiled, or segmented progress bar drawing instead of a smooth continuous one....and for the life of me I cannot get it to draw the way it is supposed to as shown in the SkinStudio preview, or for that matter, any previous WB versions when it DID work correctly.

Even uninstalled and deleted all of the WB directory and rebooted just in case an older bit was causing some conflict...and reinstalled...still no luck...

Anyone got any ideas?

BTW..this happens with all the skins, not just mine..

I had something like that with my taskbuttons on my bar, (if I understand it correctly) Set the image as properity to stretch, and make the left and right about 20.

Styl...no...should not have to do that....ALL of the skins have the same problem, not just mine...

Matthijs...it was Adam's idea to do the uninstall/reinstall...had tried everything else with him....looks like I'll have to bug him some more, along with Neil as well...

Oh!

/me suddenly remembers something

Check your Tile Edge (SKS name) settings. Setting the Tile Edge - Left to 1 may help. Click on the various tile settings and look in the help pane (bottom left corner of SKS) for more info. Play with it for a bit.

Matthijs....problem is that Adam tried one of my skins on his...worked fine...same skin on mine did not....it's nothing to do with the skin file...but something to do with Windowblinds itself...

No, then its not windowblilnds, but then its your configuration.

Styl...again I repeat...it was fine back with 3.5....but something about 4 and the betas disagrees with my system and simply draws the bars incorrectly. The same skin works on other's comps running exactly the same WB version.

As for LS tutorials.....I never came across anything of value...always relied on time, practise and reading all the Docs....more than once...

Ok.

I am working on a wb skin myself ( an ANIMATED one! ) I didn't get to the loading bar jet, if I do, I will see what I can do, (maby I will take a look back into the 3.5 loading bar )
