Your 'XP Unusable'....if it's a replacement for a previous release that didn't work or something, why couldn't you simply update the old one?

I didn't see the difference...

Voodoo_Freak told me there was a flaw in it that wouldn't alow it to install so I deleted it from the site right away so other people wouldn't download it. Then I fixed the problem and resubmitted.

You didn't need to delete it, you only needed to update it. During that process noone would have been able to download it.

if I am not wrong, your skin was posted by the admins 3 times just yesterday and after that you made a new file of the same skin, since the skin is the same one, please just re update it once more and we will post it again, we don't see any reason for creating a new file for the same skin.
