[1.5] Treaty Revenue display bug

After making a trade with the Snathi(minor) for which they give me 2bc every turn there is a display bug in the Economy tab of the Govern screen. For some strange reason "4655" is displayed next to the Treaty Revenue.

Figured out what that is, it's what your treasury will be after Net Weekly Income is added but it is placed in the wrong place.
