My submission doesn't appear

Hello,

 

some days ago i've submitted a Dream, but it seems to not show up in the Dream category.

I can view it, but only when i'm logged in.

Did i do something wrong?

Oh, ok i've missed that mail. I thought mpg and wmv files were accepted, as Deskscapes supports them. Then i'll reupload it in dream format. Can i still put the 2 .dream files together in a zip archive, or do i have to create a new submission for an alternate version of the dream?

I've just checked my mailbox (also the spam folder) and i didn't receive any mail from wincustomize.

 

However, i've replaced the file with a proper dream file now but it's still only visible when i'm logged in. When not logged in, the dream is not accessible, not even from my profile page.

 

I've read that a submission will only appear in the public gallery when it has received at least one 3-star rating. So it should be accessible at least on my profile page, shouldn't it? Or how should one be able to rate it otherwise?

Hi, toniostarcevic. It's great to have you at WinCustomize. Welcome!

I see by the date you joined (under your nickname) that you've just joined. That's great!

When emails are sent by Moderation, they're sent to the email associated with your account...so make sure you check that one.

It's hard knowing all the stuff you can do with the Forum page, so I put together a screen shot and sent it to you as a PM.

I hope it will make things a bit easier for you. If you have questions about anything except submissions, please feel free to PM me...the screen shot should help you figure out how to do that. You'll see the PM at the top of the page, and at the bottom of it there will be 2 links - one 'Read in this window' and the other 'Read in a new window'.

Again, welcome, and glad you're submitting art already. That's a good thing. :)
