Run-time errors with SysMetrix

While making my skin for SysMetrix, I've been recieving Run-time errors. The hands on the clock disapears and the text goes to the default. I am then forced to restart SysMetrix. Does anybody know what could be causing this conundrum? Could it be my old crappy computer or something I'm doing wrong while programming it (well, not really programming, but some skinners should know what I mean).

I'm running win98 on a crappy 200MhRz computer. Also the skin i created has a lot of transparency, could that be it? Please help, I am so lost!

Can you give me the exact sequence of event necessary to replicate it? There must be something that you're doing that's triggering a scenario that I've never run into before.

This is the exact error I recieve. Before I paste it though, I would like to stress the fact, this is an amazing program Ok on with the error message.

"Run-time error '-2147024882 (8007000e)':
Out of memory"

I'm so stupid, I can't read.
This is what usually happens: I update some settings, like where text is located or what functions they do, etc. and then a few minutes afterword the text change and the hands on the analog clock disapear. When I try to look at the configuration, or try to close the program, I get that error message. It only does it with the skin I created. But when I look through the settings and such, I can't see if its what I did that created the problem.
