[AI] Retreating in tactical combat

Retreating from the enemy in tactical combat is useless, because the unit can not escape and it makes the AI less powerful.

I lost a battle thx to that. Sometimes it helps, sometimes is useless.

It is a sound tactic if:

A) The retreating unit has a ranged attack, like the air shrill's shock, or the brigand's throwing knives.

B) If the retreating unit has significant regeneration like the troll warriors.

For the rest of the cases, one could rationalize it as "morale failure", but unless player units got that, it juts gives us an advantage that we don't need.  And I, personally, do not think that this particular game needs morale.

End of Tuidjy's quote

Its only a sound tactic if you got friends to still tank the rest of the damage, sometimes checking this status glips in the AI's logic.

Well it seems like most of the time it's a good idea. I think the trick is that they should only retreat out of harm's way if the rest of the team can still win the battle without them.
