Wincustomize Subscription Levels

I recently subscribed to WC and downloaded the Browser at that time I was at Level 3 but according to what I read on this site I should be at level 4. However, I am still at level 3 according to my accounts manager. Can someone explain to me how this level system works? Thanks. the SkinBrowser was well worth the yearly subscription....

Are you using a different email addresses between your WinCustomize account and with what you purchased the Skinbrowser?

thats not bad, i am listed as being at level 2, despite having purchased the skin browser

T-Man, i changed my wincustomize email to match my stardock OD account email before subscribing to wincustomize, so that i would only be using one email address across all accounts.

i was aiming to aviod this very problem. however, it doesnt seem to have quite worked

I suspect that you may still have two accounts though. Try cross referencing accounts with this this link: https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?cmd=CrossRef

I've tried the cross reference link may times, but I've never receieved the confirmation email.

T-Man, i have now tried that link. the email turned up, and the first time i went to the URL, the final wincustomize page said "this page is not longer valid" (or words to that effect). on the second and all further tries i get a HTTP error 500 "page cannot be displayed".

now off to try the "merge with stardock account" link on the edit account page.

well, the URL in the second email (from the second try) works a treat!

dont know why i needed to do it twice, but there you go.

Success! I did what you said, the first time I got this message "The url is no longer valid".
But,Thanks to the treat effort made by FELINE I tried it again and the message I got was, you are not "Wincustomize Level 4" Although the profile in my account still reads Level 3. I am assuming it may take 24 hours to update the system.....thanks to T-Man and to Feline for all your help Gregory Nashif

my account info here updated immidiately. it is possible logging off and loging on again will have a refresh effect.

anyway, glad to have been of some help
