A Boost to the Advent Loyalists - 3 new techs

Since people have been talking about the Advent Loyalists being relatively short on goodies, here are three new techs that would help make them more unique and powerful.

Holistic Mastery(Tier 8 Hostility):  Removes the level cap for Titan and Capitals

Unity's Guidance(Tier 6 Harmony, 2-level):  Increases xp gain in friendly culture by 15%-->30%

Directed Assimilation(Tier 5 Harmony): Each capital boosts culture generation in gravwell by 10%

This would serve to make Advent loyalists more focused on their capitals (a nice contrast to the Advent rebel's focus on sacrifice), and would do something to assist their struggle at pressing their cultural advantage.  And unless I've missed something, they shouldn't be too potent in midgame, and by lategame, bomber spam is always present as an answer to Level 14 capitals, and having the Coronata at level 11+ would just make up for the relative weakness of its abilities.

Directed Assimilation: I'm fine with this, maybe more of a boost than that..

Rather than new techs, the second and third ideas could be integrated into existing techs.

Tack Directed Assimilation onto Acclimation of Wills- they fit together well, as the stage of the game you're attempting to cause allegiance loss is the same stage where you're likely to have capitalships on the border to defend your culture production.  Not to mention offensive culture still isn't really viable, and who knows, perhaps this new mechanic would be the magic number that makes it viable.

Sounds good to me. That leaves Unity's Guidance. I guess this would fit best with Ancient Retribution.

Removing level cap? you want your capital ships with infinite levels??? waaat :D

So what's your thought process behind that?  On second thought, the shield mitigation for level 11+ AL capitals would be rather ridiculous (and would need be be capped at the Level 10 value in the unlikely event the devs are interested), but considering that it would take ever-larger amounts of xp to achieve levels past ten, and that if 2+ caps are killed (probably by bomber spam) in quick succession, then Resurrection could only save the last one, resulting in the loss of all that accumulated xp.

The reason I suggested it was because the Advent Loyalists seem to lack the kind of big techs other factions get - Vasari Loyalists have Shipboard Labs and Strip, Vasari Rebels have jumping Orkuli, TEC Rebels have Truce among Rogues, Advent Rebels have Reanimation, and the Advent Loyalists have... Coward's Submission and some culture techs.  Given that the Advent Loyalists are underplayed, and I've heard people talking about a weak advent lategame, I just thought they could use something big.
