[0.9 Question] Can´t find recruiting

There is a lvl. 5 Champ. and i want recruit him. It says "Learn recruiting", but i can´t find the tech "Recruiting". It was in the civil-tree, right? But there is no recruiting. (i also checked warfare and magic) Is this a bug or do i miss something?

I think its called Heroes now?

It is in the magic research tree and is called "Heroes".

It have 1 spell as prerequisite called "Exploration".

Guess they forgot something
