[Bug] [1.1] wild improvements always display 0 seasons to complete

So first small bugpost from me after I got to spend some quality time with Elemental.

 

Title says it all, from the very beginning all the way through yesterdays game for every wild improvement (like farm, gold mine etc.) I built it displayed 0 seasons to complete and it wasn't shown in the buildqueue (I believe it was before 1.1) but eventually somewhen they completed and from then on everything worked fine I just didn't know when they are going to display.

I'm having this exact same issue. Any improvements built adjacent to the city appear to work just fine, but my wild improvements appear caught at 0 seasons to complete. I've checked and I definately have all the prerequisites for the wild improvement. This does appear to be a bug.

Same here with shards. Not always, ocassionally. It seems to happen when you finish a turn in the shard itself

I have also seen this bug. In the game I'm playing right now, there was a mine that had this issue.
