[1.07] [Glitch] Movement always 2.0 when loading a game or exiting a city.

Frogboy should probably already know this, since on his 'tutorial' video he mentioned he likes to pick Organized and Adventurer so his Sov's stack will move faster ... and of course I'm sure he likes to, later in the game, buy a mount and other equipment to get his Sov (and his Sov's stack) even faster.

The problem is, whenever the Sov exits a city -- with or without a stack -- or any unit, the most movement points they have are 2.0.  I have mounted units to serve as fast responders should any of my unlinked resources get threatened, and occasionally stick my sov too.

The same thing happens if I load a saved game.  My sov currently has a movement speed of 5, but if the game crashes and I load from the autosave, he only gets 2 movement points :(

I'm guessing they are related.

Right, I mentioned that several times.  Lots of strange things happen actually when you reload a game: units spawned the same turn disappear, new locations/treasures/resources appear out of the blue... Who knows what else.  It's like if when a turn starts the game introduces new things but don't immediately records them, so if you save and reload those things are not there anymore. Another example related to this is territory. When you conquer a city that very turn the game don't acknowledge that: the territory is not updated until the following turn and therefore you cannot buy/sell from the shop (nor probably benefit from healing or city benefits) - One could thing that is intended, but try saving and reloading as soon as you conquer a city: now the city is yours without the need to end the turn!

Regarding strictly the movement issues, IMO there is a wrong concept at the base of the mechanics of this game. The fact that the developers admit they don't play/like wargames (they hate hexagonal maps!) is a clear premonition for things to go wrong (sorry guys but it's true, you cannot make a wargame if you never liked them, in fact the city-sim and the RPG aspects of this game are brilliant, but battles are a bit dull).

For example as I already pointed out several times ENTERING an hex (tile) should cos movement points not walking out of it. I am not sure how it works right now, because sometimes I have the impression that I end my movement before it should be over... For sure when I walk OUT of a city that costs 0 movement points, which is wrong: if a city costs 0 MP I should spend 0 when I enter a city. Not sure for other terrains maybe there isn't a consistency, something is weird. (I am an expert wargamer I tend to be aware of MPs, but in this game I am having problems)
