[Bug Animation][1.07] Combat slowdown caused by horse/wolf riding - files attached

I consistently get an issue in tactical combat where if either the attacker or defender is mounted, it takes 5 or 6 seconds to 'free up' the game, by which I mean it partially freezes: you can click on and change units and see their move highlighted area, but you can't actually do anything because the previous attack has not completed. So if for example my infantryman strikes at an enemy cavalryman, I strike as normal, and then the cavalryman does nothing for a few seconds, and it appears control has been returned to me, but I can't actually execute any actions. Then, he will do his attack and the game returns to normal (dying animations seem to cause the same problem).

I've noticed this with any horse mounted unit as well.  It is especially noticeable with horse mounted archers and is annoying enough that I have stopped using horses altogether.  I believe it has something to do with the timing on the animations for horse mounted units being incorrect.

I've noticed that after a mounted archer shoots, the horse/wolf does an animation moving its head up then from side to side... It seems, this animation is factored in as part of the shooting animation, which stops you from other actions...

Edit: same goes for casting from horseback, I think...
