xp tray section glyph (possible bug?)

ive added a glyph to the horizontal taskbar tray section, but when i use the arrow expander the glyph repeats itself and shows itself twice, when it should only show once. but after about 2 minutes, the second glyph dissapears and the original reajusts itself to the position it is meant to be in. 

any ideas why this is happening? its a very very strange bug ive never seen before. Id like to find a solution for this as this skin will be a master skin and I cant afford to have glitches in the skin .

ah i forgot to mention also, when i use the sizing bar and expand the taskbar to double height or more the glyph behaves normally. so its more of a horizontal issue.
