is anyone having issues with sk?

i am.

1. for some reason the push button doesnt accept the "mouseover"state and refuses to even show it. even when the skin is applied, this also carries over to the vista substyle.

2. menu bar options is acting wacky if its 2 images, i had to use one long image and it was fixed. (this has never happened before)

3. the close button in ie tabs wont change if you want to change it to another style of button..

 

thats all i have to report so far.....i upgraded my sk7 recently too, that could be why, but at least the bugs are out in the open and possibly can be fixed.

I have reported this to Neil before without it getting fixed. Sks/WB is referencing the wrong image for the close button. You'll find that if you skin the tooltip close button, that image is being used for the IE7 tab close button.

All that is really pointless to me anyway as IE8 tabs and icons aren't getting skinned. Not once has this been addressed by any dev for sks/wb in any thread where this complaint has been brought up. Not even a "shucks....we don't know how to fix it"

IE8 tabs cannot be skinned currently.

Due to how IE8 recolours tabs for different types of site they changed from being a bitmap.
