Thought you guys might find it amusing that Steven Spielberg is was rumored to be making an "ultra-real" game named LMNO which is pronunced Elemental.
It doesn't seem like the either games genre will overlap.

well, according to the article it is no longer pronounced "elemental"... so its not really on topic anymore. 
When people *not very inside game development* come out telling about "ULTRA-REAL games!!1!" I instinctively think about shitty results.
That's just me?
Boom Blox was so much fun, so I've got high hopes for this one ^^ Who knows, perhaps Spielberg will rule the gaming industry one day as well lol

Followed that game religiously.
Read all about the new physics technology and 3D sound and even sound redirecting (sound from around a corner sounds like it's around the corner). First and last game to pre-order (until I found Stardock games where pre-order can mean a slight hand in development).
There was so much I had read about that was promised in the game that simply were half truths. Totally screwed over by having faith in his name and the promises given over a year+.
So, he has much to prove to me.
And yeah, doesn't belong here. 1/2 sorry to continue discussion, 1/2 self justification for venting.
