Every game so far i have been getting these lag spikes.
everyones sim speed is above 4 and mas is hoveren between 100 to 180 or so no one was above 200.
this is happenen on 2 pcs i play on and never had this problem before.

no you have lag spikes. no one in game has their ms fluctuate at all its a stready 100 to 180. Your connection is not strong is why.
And how strong must it be for a 4v4 match (or 3v3)? 
Did you see my speedtest.net pics from Europe servers? If that's not enough, maybe it should have said it on the box of the game, near pc requirements...
But i agree you problem is not similar to mine, i should have read your post more carefully.
Im getting this problem too for games 3vs3 and above and its really annoying. It was much worse in the other patches(unplayable) but now it is playable but other players in the game get mad at me and complain. Of course the generic answer to this problem is "your internet sucks", "turn off antivirus, torrents, firewall, foward ports, etc"....but I have done all of that.
Explain how I can play 4vs4 games in Company of Heroes just fine but not in this game? They both are p2p correct?
yea seems its a hit or miss thing for me the last 2 there where no problems at all. But before that i had 2 games that was doen the same thing. People kept vlamen lag and crappy pcs. I told them well if you ms is below 250 and sim speeds is above 3 there should not be a problem.
There seem to be three kinds of lag spikes also:
The ones where the game starts slideshowing, but still moving forward. This is the traditional "someone's ping just shot up"
The ones where the game completely stops moving for a little while, but you can still type messages and people can chat. No idea why this happens but it occurs every couple games.
And the ones where the connection window pops up and someone's timeout time starts increasing. This happens whenever someone leaves but I've also seen it happen and the person who was lagging recover and the game continues. Also don't know what triggers this.
