Speaking of light/dark DGs, exacly which DGs fall into light and dark sides. I would imangine Lord Erebus and TB are dark and the Rook and Oak are light but what about the other ones, like Queen of Thorns. There does not appear to be any indication of light/dark on the DG select screen.

If its AI with evil DGs then its probably a small oversight in Pantheon mode and no doubt easily fixed.

I'm assumeing those rules dont apply for single player (campagin or skirmish) because I had Reg on my side with TB in my campagin last night.
