Apple Updates iPod, Lowers iPhone Price

Apple announced Wednesday that new, updated iPods will hit stores this month. The new device features a touch screen interface similar to the iPhone and includes 802.11 b/g networking capability for Web surfing over Wi-Fi connections. Less than a third of an inch thick, it can store pictures, music, video, and other digital data. Also, Apple announced that it was dramaticly reducing the price of it's coveted 8gb iPhone by $200, and it is now available for only $399. This should make many people who wanted it, but couldn't afford it, very happy.
