Show Icon tab in file and drive properties dialogue

I am using Vista Home Premium. I have installed IconPackager. When setting up preferences, I checked the box mentioned in the title. I think that's a great idea. I rebooted, and after restart, I looked and there were no tabs in the properties pages. I opened the app and the box I had checked, was unchecked. I reselected....same result as above. I uninstalled/reinstalled....no change. Can anybody help me out here? If I can't get the app to make the change, is there a manual reg edit I can do myself? Thanks in advance.

If I can jump on this thread...Having the same issues with Vista. Icon Packager doesn't seem to work fully. I can't get the ICON tab to appear in the properties dialog and the folder icons don't change to reflect the current icon package; they initially show, but then revert back once a folder preview is generated.

Does anyone have this working - I'm running Windows Vista Enterprise.

Also, is the latest version of IconPackager 3.20.127?

Same problem here, but it gets even worse; I've downloaded several icon packages, but haven't been able to get any of them to install into IP. I've tried the automatic method as well as installing from disk, and it'll act as if it's loading the package but the only ones to ever show up are the three default packages that came with the program. It's not just a Vista problem, as I also tried this on my desktop which is running XP and I have the same issue. This is driving me nuts! Has anyone been able to hear anything from Stardock on this issue? The program is useless at this point. I am using the latest build, 3.20.

LC - let me know how it goes for you. Running it on Vista on one of my machines with mixed results. Doesn't seem to expose all of the features - might be a Vista thing.
