MOONS provide prod+, do RINGS still provide tech+

It seems moons still provide a production boost, but do planetary rings still provide a research boost? Can't find it in the manual, and have trouble detecting it in the planetary sumamry screen...

Anyone confirm?

Yes. Click 'details' on the planet screen and you'll see the 10% research bonus in the planet bonuses box.
