Ok time for a newbie question (even though Ive had the game for two months):
Who are the Dread Lords? Im guessing they are like Antarans in Moo2 and will pop up to give all civilizations a good beating but so far I havent seen them.
May be because Ive quit games I knew I would win and I didnt have the patience to conquer every single planet.
So how do I trigger them to show up?
