Are the descriptions ever going to get changed?

There's several descriptions in game that are inaccurate, and what's more have been inaccurate since the game was first released. Isn't it about time these got updated? It's just text files isn't it, so wouldn't it be good programming practice to change the descriptions at the same time you change the details? Three off the top of my head...

Government forms don't give production bonuses. The economy bonus is much less than the 25/50/75 described as well.

Secret Police Center increases *standard* approval by 20% (ie this gets adjusted by population levels), which makes it completely useless, rather than base approval, which could potentially make it worthwhile on hugely populated planets.

That evil building whose name escapes me (Slave Center?) which is described as boosting military production but actually boosts economy.

Mind control center is described as making planets revolt instantly. The problem is that that isn't a variable, so the game automatically chooses the first variable it can find, namely economy.

The rest of the stuff (small fixes) are very low priority, and if you popped down to the IRC on monday(irc.stardock.com #galciv) with a list of the problems, and a file with the fixes, then they could probably be incorporated. Until then, they probably won't be fixed until every other bug is out of the way.
