area of influence not loading properly

On loading a save game, just the base influece surrounding a planet is shown. In the next turn the correct value is "computed" and shown. That actualy happens "normaly" It happened to me now 8times, that the influence was not "computed" right. After the 10th turn the game still shows only the base influence. This starts to be annoying.

Yes, it happens to me too. Every time I load, influence is not loaded. The next turn, the correct influence appears.

thats "normal" but what happens to me is, the influece dont become as it should be after the first turn
