2 problems with custom maps

1) "major" problem: the Ai seems not to know how to play on custom maps, it play bad at colonizing, it do bad at economics (even on masochistic level!!!). It seems the comp is not computing AI turns on custom maps (random maps always take some seconds, with the new feature of the extended algorithms its even longer, on custom maps its like "press turn and play right away again").

2) GC2 does not recognize world size and quality, any habitable planet (class 1 and above) is greenish terran like, any pq0 world have a dark red jupiter like texture. On randoms maps there is a dozen of different world textures.

First I thought I have to define any planet at my own and looked on the custom maps provided by Stardock, but there is nothing. So realy I have no idea what to do. Simple said, its boring to see just two different planet textures... and annoying.

PS: I would rather play with random worlds, but after like 100 games with gigantic size and abundant setings for all 4 categories and scattered stars, Im sick of seein still 30% of the galaxy starles, another 40% full of PQ0 worlds and the rest is between 6 and 12. Im realy realy sick of this silly, boring galaxies. Btw the random generator is still incapable of spreading the races. Im still geting galaxies where all 10 civs start in the same corner. One out of 30 started games is worht playing, but then, the galaxy looks like as described above.
PPS: the new forum software is crap, I liked the old editing window more and it worked. This new thing dont like to make paragraphs on a regular basis

Well cant edit my text and the new forum software dont like to make paragraphs in the initial post. NO idea whats going on.

So here we go with the edit:
PS: ... the random generator is still incapable of handling the civs and spreading them in the galaxy well. Im still geting games where all 10 civs start in the same corner or just too close. Just one out of 30 started games are worth playing, on the other hand, they look like as described above.

PPS: until this problems are solved or we can start terraforming pq0 worlds, gc2 is not worthy playing anymore for me

btw "earth" is not earth on custom maps. as terra player I get the complete sol system, but not even one correct texture. I tried to define them in the file, but the game crashes when I add "detailed" info like in the customplanets.xml
