Need answers, Emails seems to be "Broken"

I really need to know why this keeps getting moderated http://www.deviantart.com/view/30640635/
I am not saying it is at all that "great" but I do think it more than meets all the "qualifications" and ALOT more work was put into it than go into many of the logons that are submitted and accepted at WC.

Everything is skinned,
Everything is original (except for the pic obviously)

Soooo, needless to say I am just a bit unclear as to what "qualifications" it doesnt meet..
Like I said in the title, I tried Email, doesnt seem to work...

My guess would be the girl, although the logon gallery is filled with other models/actresses/Brittny's/WannaBe Brittny's/ and "borrowed" images without permission. Change the pic and I bet it gets accepted and highly rated.

There's a couple of problems with the pic. Firstly 'girlie' pics are not accepted, secondly there are copyright issues with any photo, particularly when it involves a model. Lose the girl basically...

I have no idea why an e-mail hasn't been received, but the site has been in a state of flux recently. There have been all sorts of screwy errors going on while major changes to the site are being made. Who knows

The pic of the Actress is posted all over the web so I figured it would not be an issue, and I'll pull it from DA without argument if anyone requests I do so, last thing I want to do is piss anyone off, LoL, raises my blood pressure and thats not good!

Im not going to change that particular Log-on but I may create another "eventually" without photos. I just needed to know for future reference "why" since the automated mail just doesnt care to give explanations, LoL...

I got the email...then mailwasher crashed...and I have as yet to reboot to re-access them.

I think it's reasonable to allow a few days, even for email responses...

Actually I thought *My* Email was broke, not yours... I have been trying to get permissions from an artist to use his graphic for a couple weeks, finally we connected through "other means" than Email and he had told me he replied but got some sort of "daemon error"...

So it wasnt me simply being "impatient" it was a legitimate idea..LoL

But thanks for your Reply Jafo, there are no worries and I understand completely now..
