Okay, odd problem here

Okay, I played a simple game to get acquainted to the game, basic everything in a tiny universe with me playing the Yor and my single opponent the Terrans. Well I won the game and on metaverse it showed the possible cheat warning icon, so I was a bit miffed and thought I’d try a completely different kind of game type and created a normal game with the Yor and a gigantic galaxy to see what the large game is like. This time I changed the Leaders name and the name of the home world and started playing. After a while I quit the game and it crashed. That’s right, no problems playing for hours on end, and the game crashes after I click on quit ... odd.

However, that I can live with, what’s bothering me is now the changes I made to the Yor seem to somehow be set as their defaults. Is it supposed to be like this or did something strange happen? On top of that the race bonuses are different from the original settings although I didn't touch them. I have two questions. One can I some how get the Yor race to reset back to defaults? Two if no to question one will this impact my metaverse game as it will think I've modded the game somehow?

1. possible cheat warning icon: did you played metaverse ceritified map, or it was a random map? I don't know (didn't play galciv2 yet, no $... ), but i believe that you can only upload pre-created, ceritified maps on metaverse...
2.crash to desktop when clicked on quit button... that has allready been reported by someone, i believe that it will be fixed soon...
3.default settings for race... maby you could "unspend" those points and their original stats will return, or there is some way to "load" that race, dunno, can't help you with that one, since i didn't play the game...

There are no such things as "pre-certified" metaverse maps. Every map is random.

The tricky thing to the pre-canned races racial traits is that they are better than what you can do yourself, for the most part. ie, they technically use up more points than you get to distribute. So when you modify them, you cant just go back to the way it was in game. They did this to encourage you to play as the pre-canned races... vs always making a custom race... to enjoy the vast amounts of dialog and fluff in the game.

Thats all well and good, but is there any way for me to reset them back to their canned state?
