Same problem exists after following your directions. I would still like to have a support ticket started.
I purchased Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro and going through activation it says "activated" but when I tap "finish" it says not activated. I have read through FAQ and it lists several users with the same problem. I can't find a directory called PRODUCTNAME. Why is a support ticket not created?
