I'm using Fences and another program named "Desk Drive". Desk Drive displays an icon on my desktop whenever I plug in a USB drive. It has the option of remembering the last location of the icon and restores it to that position. However, with Fences running the icon is immediately moved to the upper-left corner of the desktop.
