New Wincustomize Library Category?

Is this just a test library? Or can we upload some sound schemes? Wondering what the requirements/limits are...

We haven't really been told much about it. I would assume any sounds submitted need to be created by the uploader (copyright). I don't know what formats are acceptable. In short, I don't know much of anything about it.........
