Don Adams, the wry-voiced comedian who starred as the fumbling secret agent Maxwell Smart in the 1960s television spoof of James Bond movies, Get Smart, has died. He was 82.

Always enjoyed Get Smart.

That show was excellent and I don't think is as well regarded as it should be by some. He will be missed. Now who will voice Inspector Gadget hehe.

Hymie the Robot ("Shake a leg, Hymie!" Which he literally did!), The Chief, Cone of Silence (that never worked - hehe!), KAOS, Siegfried, the shoe phone, the red Karman Ghia, etc.

Memorable!

Thanks Don, for sharing a little piece of yourself with all of us. You'll always live on in our memories.

Though I didn't watch "Get Smart" until it was in re-runs!

Don Adams touched many of us with his Maxwell Smart and he will be sadly missed. In reality, he never 'missed it by that much'.....he was always a hit with me and will live on as one of the greatest comedic talents of all time

Long live Don Adams...forever with us
