Ummm I'm not sure if I clicked the wrong button at some point, but my "blanks [wp]" wallpaper just dissapeared

seeing as how close the delete and download button is I''ve got a sick feeling in my stomach as to what just happened, is there any way to restore that without re-uploading it and losing my download count?
