Krynniac Alter Under 1.60.388302

from GalCiv4 Forums

As the screen snapshot below shows, I built the Krynniac Alter.  However, I did not get the 2 citizens that I used to get under versions prior to 1.60.388302.  Is this intentional or is it a bug introduced in 1.60.388302?  If it is intentional, you need to fix the text to not promise the 2 citizens.

If I had a save file from right before I completed the Krynniac Temple I would share it with you, but I don't and I don't see the value in sharing a save file from where I am now.

I just provided a link to a save file over in the thread about negative control.  Maybe you can use it for this issue too.
