Change secondary to primary, primary is out of service

KVM Pro user.

The machine I use as primary is dead for a time, I'm not sure how long. I cannot deactivate the license on that machine so that I can convert one of my secondary machines to primary. Is there a way to accomplish what I'm trying to do here?

New question though. Is there any limit on the number of times a license can be deactivated and activated?
