How to roll up in the up direction ?

Hello

i enabled the roll up. i appreciate it but how to choose the roll up to appear upwardly please ?

i'd like to do like in the screenshot (Folder fence) and the roll up appears upwarly. THX

Here is a video I took of fences rolling up and down.

Fences near the top of the screen will go one direction, anywhere else will go the other.
