My soldiers want loot

They are complaining about only getting XP points when winning battles and conquering cities.  They've heard stories about taking weapons and equipment when defeating champions.   They've heard about getting gildar and fame for capturing a city.  Their wives are complaining about the low wages and think they should be rewarded for their risky occupation.

My mages want to be able to acquire spell scrolls from defeated mages and darkling shamans.  They also think that experience with using a spell should make them more proficient with using it.

They also are complaining about lack of healing.  They think that after a couple years a broken leg should be healed.  They want magical spells to heal injuries.

 

I'm concerned that they will desert and run off to Farmville.

 I always thought with those high unrest numbers in conquered cities there was some looting going on.

The mercenaries had better not complain about low wages, since ol' Wallace and his ilk are the most completely useless units in the game.  They should pay me to use the scroll and animate their sorry selves.
