Any save/load bug, or other annoying bug for huge maps left over ?

hello,

I'm considering buying this game since someone is gonna give me a -66% voucher on steam. I know maybe some of you guyz will say it's worth the full price but it's difficult enough to get the wife to agree to me buying (and therefore playing) games.O:)

Back to the subject I remember that galciv2 had this pretty annoying save/reload bug once. Basically if you saved at end of turn, reloading reset the amount of movement spent, therefore giving you unlimited movement

it was pretty annoying on huge maps since it basically made them unfair to the computer fairly quick

Also there was this other bug, that never got squashed (AFAIK), where your influence would not be "normal" after a reload until next turn where it was calculated right. Minor bug but annoying nonetheless for influence take over of planets where you never knew if quitting the game for a break (therefore saving & reloading) was gonna spoil your long lasting attempt at taking it over.

 

So the question is : Can you play Fallen Enchantress just fine on huge maps without much issues ?

Sure, I usually play on huge or large.   There are the occasional bugs or crashes, but reasonable.  Most are easily viewed by reading the board.  I usually can play 3-4 hrs without any issue and if I go for a marathon session I might CTD once or twice.   I save frequently so at worst its usually a turn, if that.

I haven't had any game breaking bugs in a long time.

ok thanks a lot

turns out that voucher is worthless, Legendary heroes is just 5€ more expensive than Fallen Enchantress, I see no reason to get Fallen Enchantress itself lol
