[0.981] Item Tooltips in Tactical + Item Tooltips in Quests

1) In tactical combat when I hover over some of the new items added in 0.981 (various kinds of potions), the tooltips tell me how the potion is prized etc. but it doesn't tell me what the potion actually does.

2) When taking up a quest if the reward is an item, it should tell me the item's properties when I hover over them kind of like it does when you find an item. I shouldn't have to wonder whether it's a good item or not before accepting the quest. Same thing goes when you select between 300 gildar or doom club or whatever when you complete the quest. I should be able to hover and see before making a decision.

Like on Bottled Fire it doesn't tell you it actually costs mana to activate it.

It does.  Hover over the item and the tooltip shows you what the item does.

Now we just need a side-by-side comparison of the currently equipped item to show up at the same time.

You misunderstood me. It does show a tooltip when you find an item. No problem there.

It doesn't show the item's properties in the quest screen. Like when you are offered the quest...

I hover over the said item in the reward section in quest description and nothing shows.

There is also no tooltip when you actually earn the reward and you are given like 3 choices: 300 gildar, a sword or 50 influence for example.

I wanna know what the sword does if I'm gonna pick it over 300 gildar.

This deserves a bump.
