[1.19a] DX Invalid Call - Possible solution/ work-around

I turned off 'Use Fullscreen' and restarted.  I am not alt-tabbing to my hearts content.

 

From a play perspective the window is still using ALL of my screen when it is 'focused' but I am able to alt-tab without crashing.
