[Suggestion] Major Strategic Spell <Create XYZ Ressource> / <More Terrain Spells>

Albeit a very heft cost, perhaps permanent essence points, it would be nice to be able for the sovereign to create a Gold Mine, Steel Mine, etc... That would help in cases where no one seems to have encountered Iron or what not.
It would also be nice to have to have a spell that allows you to turn cliffs into beaches, and perhaps raze forests. That would further increase our ability to mold the land. 
Oh and good old Master of Magic's "floating Island" spell would also be quite grand. That or Water walking
