Tactical battle map editor

Can anybody use tactical battle map editor? I always get a crash when starting a new map. With blank map it doesn't crash but I can do nothing on the map.

This is the map editor, but you can set in the map size list the tactical battle map option.

Yep, it crashes for me as well if i dont check blank map and no objects. If i Check them, it loads a world map, not a tactical battle map.

Please, any feedback on this? Should i just leave it alone since everyone crashes? or its a system-specific issue?

Bumping this again, im crashing every time i try to launch the tactical battle map editor, are we alone on the same boat?
