Need Help with IP 4!

It Says I Have Used Up ALL My Activations And Won't Allow Me To Re-install Or Even Run

I probably brought the issue on myself because I did not realize there were only x-number of Activation attempts allowed before it stopped working. It was coming up with an error messsage whenever I tried to manually apply my Drive Icons (something about IconPackager not being able to find c:\documents and settings\all users\applications\stardock\iconpackager\activate.exe) so I just copied the activate.exe file from my c:\stardock\object desktop\iconpackager folder and it seemed to work. Only thing was I using the activation an enormous number of times (not knowing I would be soon cut off) and even when I un-installed IconPackager, rebooted, then downloaded and installed it again, using Impulse, it STILL came up with the message that I had gone over the maximum number of activation attempts and would not allow me access to it. That's pretty good! Here I have paid for this software through purchasing Object Desktop Ultimate and now it won't even allow me to use it! God, does that ever burn me up! And so far no help whatsoever from Stardock. I sent an email to their tech support, some automated email was sent back to me but no attempt at helping me solve the issue at all! A very disappointed customer.

It's the weekend, support is off. Supposed to wait aruond 48 hours for a reply (they try to send one earlier than that).

As for the error when trying to change an individual icon through the icon properties, that's a known bug and they are working on a fix.

Yeah, I suppose you are right about that one. I just get a little anxious when one of my programs doesn't work for me and then won't work even after I try trouble shooting the problem. I'm usually pretty good at that. Well, I am supposed to format my system next weekend (nothing to do with Object Desktop problems) due to the amount of bit rot I have (been something like 3-4 years since I last formated) and I'm willing to bet that alot of the problems I'm going through right now will go away after I get a fresh copy of Window XP going. Thanks for the reply! :)
