Multiplayer probability?

Hi, I just discovered this game and it seems very cool as I was a fan of MOO II, years back.

Anyway, no game without multiplayer last more than a couple of weeks for me, even MOO II quickly got boring in single player and I played that game for months in multiplayer mode. So Im wondering if there is any official word for the probability of a multiplayer expansion.

I know there is a sticky post about this but the original post was made 9 months ago and I dont have the time to sift through all 360 replies too find more info about a possible multiplayer expansion.

Depending on the sales of the upcoming Dark Avatar expansion, we may do a multiplayer expansion afterwards.

You'll find that the AI is worthy in this game and it makes this game's life longer then others.

Evil Muppet: I already have bought it. Even though I dont expect to play it very long Im a big fan of these kind of games and when one is so well done I usually buy it just to support the very few developers for spending their time to develop these kind of games instead of just another 3D shooter or RTS game which doesnt need half a brain to play.


Tototot: Multiplayer may very well be very challenging but, being a programmer myself, playing against computer algorithms will never be like playing against a real human being. The feeling is just not the same.
