Forum not working right for me..

I keep trying to post in the modding section. On Topic, i select GalCiv II->Modding and it still post it in the GalCiv II forum

The main forum shows ALL posts from all subforums.

The weird thing I noticed is that they still won't appear in the particular section. I posted one in the Bug section and never saw the post there, only in the main forum :/
