I have tried clean boot. It works but not fine. The windows explorer has that tab but not convenient to use. I failed to combine thoese windows though dragging. However, I cannot find out what conflict it is. I shut down most of my apps and Groupy is still not working. As I have said before, Groupy works a bit for 'cmd' in admin mode. Well, detailed version is 18363.657. There is no error msg and no pop up. Nothing happens after I started Groupy. If it's not a genral problem, how can I find out what's wrong with my laptop? I know that Groupy may use 'hook' or something. Maybe it's a software conflict ? By the way, I find out only if I run 'cmd' in admin mode, the pop up shows up. And I cannot open any other windows after that. Thanks.

I bought Groupy on Steam. Groupy does not work on win10(ver 1909), which is the latest one. I have tried on another laptop with older win10 and it just works fine. Hope somebody can notice this problem. By the way, I have tried purging Groupy and reinstalling it for many times. JUST DOES NOT WORK!!!
