I just got a new windows 11 laptop (version 24H2 os build 26100.2033. I had Fences 3 on my previous laptop so I wanted it on my new one. I downloaded Fences and can't get it to run I have read articals to delete it fences but I can't because it has in beded itself in start up I have turned it off in startup but it turns it self back on. I have looked at safe mode but can't figure anything out an I am afraid to do anything for fear I will screw up my operating system. Please give me an easy fi
