Same problem here. I contacted tech support yesterday, hopefully they'll have a solution shortly.

Hi, I think you are having the same problem as me. The reason it is not compatible for me is because its not Deskscape 3, impulse only shows the 11/19 version not the latest Dec. 10 version. For some reason or another Impulse is not "updating" Deskscapes, though it had upgraded/updated Windows Blinds, fences etc.... I contacted tech support yesterday, hopefully they have a solution.
