i read the other thread before it was closed.....and it was closed for a valid reason. what's the point in this thread? for some reason, you're unhappy with stardock and/or wincustomize is what i gather. if you are indeed unhappy, leave. there's no need for drama or threats to bring stardock to its knees. you're upset due to a bootskin not being accepted, right? my understanding is you need permission from the wall's creator. if the wall's creator doesn't respoind to email requests, it's too bad. it's happened multiple times to me. if there are skins using this wall already posted in WC and permission wasn't granted, post a link or links to the skin(s) in question and let the moderators do their jobs.

Since 99.9% of us have no problem posting without being deleted within five minutes, obviously, the answer is YES!

Here's a few tips:

1. Don't be rude. You can get your point across without being an asshole.

2. Don't start numerous threads that all say the same thing.

3. LISTEN.

Does it become clearer to link to a french blog? Following up on your reply to GreenReaper: If you post your message in 7-8 newsgroups isn't spamming, then it's at least highly redundant. How can any topic fit in so many categories? Then you got all your posts here, in various forums and threads. It might not be in the number of 100, 1000 or so, but still, it's not worth it.

Your all very kind but for a reason i don't know, it seems you've not understood what i wanted to tell (perhaps a too bad english ?)

- I'm a Stardock customer since their begining
- before posting over here i contacted support@stardock, (still waiting for a concrete answer), to the Stardock Boss, and to a lot of other people at Stadock (still without concrete answers)

Though effectivly as Snidely Whiplash said i'm no more satisfy, and sure i'll leave, i'm not a young pigeon, to be cooked, i passed the age for it .

neophil78 ... this is the fifth thread on the same subject.

The subject is your 'frustration' with apparent 'bugs' in Stardock's software and with apparent 'bugs' on Wincustomize.com.

This you claim is sufficient reason to claim/demand a refund.  If this has been the case since 1999, as you say, then why did you continue to purchase/subscribe for a further 6 years?

Karmagirl has stated you have a few months left of your subscription and has suggested a refund for that. [though in my mind any Wincustomize.com down-time or slowness has NOT significantly obstructed your access to the site's content which is what said subscription is actually for].

I suggest you contact Karmagirl on amarshall@stardock.com for clarification.
